OfficialMail provides primary mailbox creation, domain connection, webmail, mail storage, attachment uploads, AI Assist Bridge, and related business-email features. This policy explains how personal information is processed while providing them.

At registration, we record whether the user accepted the required Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, together with the accepted document versions and time of acceptance.
2. Why we use information
Information is used to create accounts, deliver and synchronize mail, verify domains, prevent abuse, provide billing and support, operate optional AI Assist features, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
The verified recovery email is used for non-promotional notices necessary to perform the service contract and operate the service, including identity verification, ID or password recovery, account recovery, security alerts, domain and DNS status, failed billing or subscription renewal, service incidents or suspension, and material changes to terms or policies.
We do not use the recovery email for commercial advertising without separate, explicit prior consent.

Data is retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose or legal obligations. Account and service data may be deleted after termination, while transaction, tax, dispute, and abuse-prevention records may be kept for legally required periods.
Recovery email and verification data are retained until account withdrawal or deletion. Consent records may be retained as necessary to handle disputes and comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure, payment, security, storage, communication, and optional AI processing providers under contracts that limit processing to service delivery. Information may be disclosed when required by law.

We may entrust the following tasks only as needed to process attachments and uploaded assets. Service-provider agreements include privacy obligations required by applicable law.
