These terms set the basic rules for using OfficialMail business email, domain connection, webmail, team expansion, AI Assist Bridge, and related services.

OfficialMail provides business email, domain connection, webmail, team mailbox, scheduled sending, and optional AI Assist features. An agreement begins when registration is accepted and the user may cancel through the service.

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and notify OfficialMail of unauthorized use. Account sharing, impersonation, spam, phishing, malware distribution, and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.

Article 7 · Domains and external services
Users must own or be authorized to manage connected domains. DNS propagation, registrar policies, external mail providers, domain expiry, and third-party outages are outside OfficialMail's direct control.
Article 8 · Plans, billing, and cancellation
The Free plan provides the scope shown in the service. Paid plans, VAT, billing cycles, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the checkout screen, applicable law, and the service policy. Unused prepaid periods are handled according to applicable consumer law.
Article 9 · AI Assist
When enabled, selected message data may be processed to create summaries and relay replies. Users remain responsible for reviewing generated results and for having authority to process the relevant correspondence.

Article 13 · Data and termination
Service data is retained and deleted according to law and OfficialMail policy. Users should keep necessary backups. After termination, data may be retained for legally required periods and then securely deleted.
